MOSCOW, June 16. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Boris Titov as his special envoy for relations with international organizations to achieve the sustainable development goals, according to the relevant presidential decree.

This position was occupied by Anatoly Chubais in 2020-2022.

Titov has been businessmen’s rights ombudsman under the Russian president since 2012.
