ASTANA, April 26. /TASS/. Moscow plans to boost defense cooperation with Islamabad, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu.

"We are interested in expanding defense cooperation with Pakistan," he pointed out at a working meeting with Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif in the Kazakh capital of Astana.

The Russian defense chief highlighted a positive trend in relations between the two counties’ defense ministries.
