MINSK, April 11. /TASS/. The presidents of Russia and Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin, talked for four hours on Thursday and will continue their conversation on Friday, according to the ‘Pool of the First’ Telegram channel, close to the Belarusian president’s press service.
"Today, the conversation of Putin and Lukashenko lasted four hours in total to continue tomorrow," the channel reported.
During their Thursday's conversation, the leaders of Russia and Belarus discussed economic cooperation, Ukraine-related topics and the situation on the Union State’s western frontier.
On April 12, Putin and Lukashenko are expected to participate in commemorative events marking the Cosmonautics Day.
