Russian OSCE mission dubs statements about absence of West’s mercenaries in Ukraine as lie
According to Maxim Buyakevich, the participation of foreign mercenaries, "first of all English-speaking citizens, in terrorist raids from Kiev-controlled territory on certain areas of the Belgorod Region in March of this year" has already been confirmed
VIENNA, April 11. /TASS/. Claims by officials that the UK, the US and their allies are not sending their mercenaries to Ukraine are disinformation, Russia’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the OSCE Maxim Buyakevich told a meeting of the European security agency’s Permanent Council.
"Let us emphasize: public speculations, including comments by officials, alleging that Washington, London and their satellites do not send their mercenaries to the war zone, and do not provide the Kiev regime with or encourage the use of NATO weapons on Russian soil, are outright lies and disinformation," the diplomat said.
According to Buyakevich, the participation of foreign mercenaries, "first of all English-speaking citizens, in terrorist raids from Kiev-controlled territory on certain areas of the Belgorod Region in March of this year" has already been confirmed. The footage, captured on the body camera of one of the "killed militants," was published the other day by Russian law enforcement agencies, the diplomat noted.
"NATO weapons and hardware were used by the group that crossed into the Belgorod Region," Buyakevich added.
