Putin recommends adjusting Russia’s tax system by August — instruction

MOSCOW, April 1. /TASS/. The State Duma (lower house of the parliament) and the government of the Russian Federation should make amendments to the country’s tax legislation by July 31. A respective instruction was given by President Vladimir Putin following the announcement of Address to the Federal Assembly in February. The list has been published on the Kremlin’s website.
The government and the Duma should "ensure making amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation aimed at defining the main parameters of modernization of the tax system." Those parameters should be fixed by 2030 "for ensuring stable and predictable conditions for implementation of long-term investment projects."
