"People can say whatever they like, experts, analysts, but since the investigation is ongoing, the authorities cannot allow themselves to make any statements on this issue," the spokesman said. "I do, however, highly recommend carefully rereading Russian President Vladimir Putin's recent statements over the two days; in this context they are very important," Peskov pointed out.

Commenting on Ukraine’s possible involvement in the terrorist attack, the spokesman said: "It is impossible to say anything at this stage of the investigation." "However, when the investigation deems it necessary and possible, this information will of course be made public," he added.
