MOSCOW, March 22. /TASS/. Large-scale disruptions in the work of the Internet are taking place in Ukraine amid massive damage to power facilities, according to the Netblocks website.

A particularly strong outage is recorded in Vinnitsa, Dnepr (formerly Dnepropetrovsk), Kharkov and Khmelnitsky.

Earlier, Ukrainian authorities reported damage to several large Ukrainian thermal power plants and a fire at the Dnieper hydroelectric power plant.
