An explosive device exploded outside a polling station in Skadovsk. On the second day of voting, a Ukrainian drone tried to attack local election commission members in Kakhovka but was downed. Another drone was destroyed in Novaya Kakhovka while trying to attack a building where a polling station used to be located.
