Ukrainian strikes on civilians in Belgorod a war crime, says Putin

SIRIUS /Federal Territory/, March 6. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces’ shelling attack on civilians in Belgorod was a war crime, and therefore Russia will never let those perpetrators get away, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with participants of the World Youth Festival.
"The shelling of civilian objects, the strike with multiple rocket launchers on squares and civilians is certainly a war crime. This is how we will handle this incident and will not leave alone those who did it," the president said.
