Russian air defenses down third drone over Voronezh Region

Governor Alexander Gusev said that there were no casualties

MOSCOW, March 6. /TASS/. Russian air defenses have downed another unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) over the Voronezh Region, Governor Alexander Gusev wrote on Telegram.

"Air defenses have detected and destroyed another fixed-wing UAV over the Voronezh Region," he said, adding that according to preliminary reports, there were no casualties.

Earlier, the governor said air defenses had downed a drone over the region; there were no consequences on the ground. One more drone was downed over the city of Voronezh. Gusev noted that emergency services were working to figure out if there was any damage.

The regional governor pointed out that the threat of drone attacks remained high.
