Summoned German envoy leaves Russian Foreign Ministry without comments
Alexander Lambsdorff was at the Russian foreign policy agency for one hour and ten minutes
MOSCOW, March 4. /TASS/. German Ambassador to Moscow Alexander Lambsdorff has left the Russian Foreign Ministry where he had been summoned following a conversation between Bundeswehr officers about attacks on the Crimean Bridge without any comment.
The envoy was at the Russian foreign policy agency for one hour and ten minutes. He did not take any questions from reporters.
On March 1, RT Editor-in-Chief Margarita Simonyan said that on the very day that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz gave assurances that NATO was not now and would not in the future be directly involved in the Ukraine conflict, Germany’s top brass was in fact mulling how to carry out a potential attack on the Crimean Bridge in a way that would have no repercussions for Berlin by giving it the cover of plausible deniability. She posted a transcript of the audio on her page on the VK social network.
