At least 100 technology parks to be additionally created in Russia by 2030 — Putin
New industrial technology parks should form growth points all over the country and stimulate capital investments, the Russian leader underlined
MOSCOW, February 29. /TASS/. The number of technology parks in Russia will grow by 2030 and there should be at least 100 more such sites, President Vladimir Putin said in the State of the Nation Address to the Federal Assembly.
"We will continue developing industrial technology parks with the focus on placing small and medium business production facilities according to our technology priorities," Putin said. "I would like to draw attention of the government; at least 100 such sites should be created by 2030," the Russian leader noted.
New industrial technology parks should form growth points all over the country and stimulate capital investments, Putin said. "It is important to use the cluster approach there, when companies are growing together with their related vendors, and their cooperation proves a mutually beneficial effect for everyone" he stressed.
