MOSCOW, February 27. /TASS/. Russia will have an insistent discussion with the Hamas representative, who will participate in the intra-Palestinian meeting in Moscow, about the release of hostages, Russian presidential special envoy for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, has told TASS.
"I talked to Russia's Chief Rabbi Berl Lazar the day before and I told him: we will use the new opportunity of communication with the Hamas representative who will participate in the intra-Palestinian meeting to once again discuss with them in an insistent way the problem of hostages' release," he said, answering a relevant question.
Bogdanov told TASS on February 16 that the intra-Palestinian meeting would be held in Moscow from February 29 to March 1-2. He also noted that three more Russian citizens were kept hostage in Gaza.
