DONETSK, February 27. /TASS/. As many as 26 employees of the Donetsk People’s Republic’s (DPR) Emergencies Ministry have been killed in Ukrainian attacks since 2014, regional Emergencies Minister Alexey Kostrubitsky told TASS.
"We have lost 26 people since 2014," he said.
The minister added that rescue workers remained a target for the Ukrainian military. "Our guys come under fire when extinguishing fires and working at emergency scenes, as well as on their way there. They also come under repeated shelling and drone attacks," Kostrubitsky added.
