Battlegroup East wipes out 17 Ukrainian stationing points, 4 drone control centers

MOSCOW, February 26. /TASS/. Russia’s Battlegroup East has eliminated 17 temporary stationing points, four drone control centers and a field munitions depot of the Ukrainian army south of Donetsk, Battlegroup Spokesman Alexander Gordeyev told TASS.

"Aviation and artillery fire, heavy flame-throwing systems have delivered strikes on the strongholds and troop clusters of the 58th mechanized infantry, 72nd mechanized brigades, 102nd, 108th and 128th territorial defense brigades of the Ukrainian army near Urozhaynoye, Novodonetskoye, Ugledar, Staromayorskoye, Cherivnovo and Gulyay Pole. Seventeen temporary stationing points, four drone control centers and a field munitions depot have been wiped out," the military official said.

According to him, the Ukrainian army’s total losses in that area amounted to two tanks, three armored vehicles, a Grad MLRS combat vehicle, an electronic warfare station, two fixed-wing drones and seven units of automotive equipment.
