BRASILIA, February 22. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in the Brazilian capital of Brasilia to meet with the country’s President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, a TASS correspondent reported.

Earlier, the top Russian diplomat took part in a G20 foreign ministers’ meeting in Rio de Janeiro.
