Russian forces advance up to 1.5 km in Zaporozhye area — politician
According to Vladimir Rogov, the adversary is now risking losing what is known as the Rabotino bulge between the villages of Nesteryanka and Novopokrovka in the Zaporozhye Region
MELITOPOL, February 19. /TASS/. Russian forces have advanced from 100 meters to 1.5 kilometers at the line of combat engagement near the villages of Verbovoye and Rabotino, Vladimir Rogov, leader of the We Are Together With Russia movement, said.
"Our assault units managed to advance significantly beyond their initial positions, taking up more advantageous ones. Literally over the weekend, the depth of the advance by the Russian army’s front units at the line of combat engagement has amounted from one hundred meters to one and a half kilometers," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to the politician, the adversary is now risking losing what is known as the Rabotino bulge between the villages of Nesteryanka and Novopokrovka in the Zaporozhye Region. On Sunday, Rogov told TASS that Russian forces had taken over four Ukrainian strongholds near Rabotino in the Zaporozhye Region.
