STRELNA, January 28. /TASS/. Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov has refused to comment on the statement by Hungarian ultra-right politician Laszlo Toroczkai, who spoke about Budapest’s claims to Transcarpathia in case of the collapse of Ukraine’s statehood.

"Ask the ultra-right," Peskov told journalists.
