DONETSK, January 12. /TASS/. A Ukrainian kamikaze drone flew into a medics' ambulance in Gorlovka of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), killing two civilians and injuring two others, the city's mayor Ivan Prikhodko said.
"While Gorlovka medics were carrying out their official duties to provide aid and evacuate energy workers wounded by Ukrainian terrorists' shelling in the village of Golmovsky, a Ukrainian drone flew into an ambulance. A paramedic and an energy company employee were killed. The driver of the ambulance and a doctor were injured," the statement said.
Earlier, Prikhodko said that as a result of the Ukrainian shelling, three employees of an energy company, who were on duty at the time, were injured.
According to the Telegram channel of the DPR mission to the Joint Control and Coordination Center on issues related to Ukraine's war crimes (JCCC), a kamikaze drone attacked the Golmovsky village in Gorlovka at 10:10 a.m. Moscow time (7:10 a.m. GMT).
