Ukraine shells Russia’s Belgorod Region nearly 50 times over day
In the Valuisky district, the Ukrainian forces fired a MLRS projectile at the town of Valuiki, it was shot down by the air defense system
TASS, January 10. The Ukrainian armed forces fired about 50 different munitions at Russia’s Belgorod Region over the past 24 hours, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel.
"In the Belgorod district, the enemy dropped from drones two shrapnel munitions at the village of Krasny Khutor and five at the village of Ustinka. In addition, four artillery shells were fired at Ustinka. There were no casualties or damage in these settlements," he wrote.
In the Valuisky district, the Ukrainian forces fired a MLRS projectile at the town of Valuiki, it was shot down by the air defense system. A drone attack was carried out in the village of Romashovka.
In the Volokonovsky district, the enemy fired six mortar shells and 19 grenade shells at Stariy. In the Graivoronsky district, a fixed-wing drone was downed near the village of Dorogoshch. "The enemy attacked the outskirts of the village of Spodariushino with a kamikaze drone. A mortar shell was fired on the outskirts of the village of Kozinka. There are no casualties or damage in any of the settlements of the district," the regional head pointed out.
In the Krasnoyaruzhsky district, the enemy fired 11 shells at the outskirts of the village Prilesiye. In the Shebekinsky district, the Ukrainian forces fired three mortar shells at the village of Belyanka, and two mortars shells at the village of Terezovka.
