MOSCOW, December 30. /TASS/. American and British consultants were involved in the organization of Ukraine’s terror attack on Belgorod, the Russian foreign ministry said.

"The Kiev regime has once again demonstrated its inhuman Nazi nature. It committed another cynical and bloody crime having attacked residential quarters in Belgorod from multiple missile launchers. As a result of the thoroughly prepared shelling attack on the central part of the city, at least 14 civilians, including two children, were killed and more than 100 civilians, including 17 minors, were wounded," it said.

"British and American consultants, who regularly incite the current Ukrainian authorities to commit bloody crimes, were behind this terror attack. Responsibility for it also rests on European Union countries, which stubbornly keep on supplying Ukraine’s governing clique with weapons," it said.
