NEW YORK, December 15. /TASS/. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said that the US is throwing away billions of dollars of its budget funds allocated as military and financial aid to Ukraine, he told NBC.

According to Peskov, Ukraine's Armed Forces, despite this aid, have failed to make any major progress on the battlefield, the broadcaster noted.
