Journalists from unfriendly countries, which media outlets are accredited in Russia, will take part in Russian President Vladimir Putin’s combined Direct Line Q&A session and year-end press conference, Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with the Rossiya-24 news channel.
"They will be there," he said when asked whether foreign journalists would attend the event.
"There will be Russian federal media and Russian regional media, as representatives from all the regions are coming. As for the foreign media, both friendly and unfriendly countries will be represented, or all those who still have accreditation by the Foreign Ministry, which is mandatory for foreign journalists, and who continue their work here," Peskov said.
