Ukraine’s military fires over 30 shells at borderline Belgorod Region in past day

BELGOROD, December 11. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military fired over 30 shells at populated areas in Russia’s Belgorod Region bordering Ukraine and carried out several drone attacks over the past day, with no casualties or damage reported, Regional Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel on Monday.
"In the Belgorodsky district, the enemy attacked the village of Zhuravlyovka with a kamikaze drone. There are no injuries or destruction," he said.
In the Volokonovsky district, the Ukrainian military shelled the outskirts of the farmstead Stary from a mortar on December 10, with three mortar rounds hitting the area. In the Graivoronsky district, the Ukrainian army fired four mortar rounds against the outskirts of the village of Spodaryushino, the governor said.
In the Krasnoyaruzhsky district, the outskirts of the village of Staroselye came under artillery fire on December 10, with three shells hitting the area. Also, a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle dropped an unidentified explosive on the outskirts of the village of Staroselye, he said.
In the Shebekino urban district, the Ukrainian military fired nine artillery shells and six mortar rounds against the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, three mortar rounds against the farmstead Mukhin, one and two mortar rounds against the villages of Sereda and Belyanka, respectively, the governor said.
"There are no injuries or destruction in any of these communities," Gladkov said.
