MOSCOW, December 7. /TASS/. A wide of range of instruments in support of investments should be created in Russia, President Vladimir Putin said at the VTB Investment Forum "Russia Calling!"

"There is a need to create the broadest range of instruments to finance investments, designed for any scale, from small enterprises to major, the largest systemic companies," the head of state said.

Such instruments should be configured for specificities of the business and take into account its development phase, the President added.
