Three Russian journalists barred from covering OSCE foreign ministers meeting — MFA

MOSCOW, November 29. /TASS/. Three representatives of the Russian media have been barred from covering the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) foreign ministers’ meeting in Skopje, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a briefing.
"As for journalists, three Russian media representatives were not allowed to cover the OSCE foreign ministers' meeting, particularly the Russian delegation’s activities," she said.
Meanwhile, the diplomat noted that the Russian delegation was being prepped for the meeting. "I can indeed confirm that intrigues were being built. We have talked about this and explained that this commitment of a certain part of the Western community to oppose Russia within the OSCE has led them to a sad result, namely the literal destruction of the organization. This structure was created as a platform for dialogue, and if you destroy opportunities for dialogue and make it so that only one point of view is heard, then what is the point of this organization? It loses its purpose," Zakharova pointed out.
The meeting of OSCE foreign ministers will be held from November 30 to December 1. The members are to make up their mind regarding a candidate for OSCE presidency.
