Ukrainian forces repeatedly target civilian facilities in Donetsk Region — DPR head
According to Denis Pushilin, the shelling will continue until the front line shifts
MOSCOW, November 29. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops have begun to repeatedly attack civilian infrastructure in the Donetsk Region, wounding rescuers and medics who come to help, Head of the Dontesk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin said.
"The worst thing about this is that the enemy has begun to use prohibited methods with such regularity that there is damage to critical civilian infrastructure, rescuers and ambulances arrive, there is repeated shelling. This leads to injuries and sometimes death of those who come to the rescue," Pushilin said during a Rossiya-24 TV broadcast.
According to him, the shelling will continue until the front line shifts. "We see that Donetsk itself is being shelled, the most dangerous are the Kirovsky, Petrovsky, Kuibyshevsky and Kievsky districts. The situation here has not changed dramatically so far," Pushilin said.
The regional head pointed out that in addition to Donetsk, Ukrainian troops regularly shell the Kirovsky and Chervonogvardeysky districts of Makeyevka, as well as Yasinovataya and Gorlovka.
