MOSCOW, November 26. /TASS/. Kiev allows for discriminatory statements against Russians living in Ukraine that are characteristic of a regime and not an authority, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview on the Rossiya-1 TV channel.

"This is the essence of the Kiev regime. This is why we call it the regime; it is telling that we call it the regime, because there can be no such statements from the normal leadership of the country. In the country where millions of Russians are living.
