Flooding Kiev regime with arms not enough to change course of special op — Kremlin
"This cannot change our resolve in terms of continuing with the special military operation and attaining all those goals that we have," Dmitry Peskov stressed
MINSK, November 23. /TASS/. NATO will likely continue supplying cutting-edge weapons to Ukraine but this will not diminish Russia’s resolve nor alter the course of the special military operation, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told journalists.
"Naturally, NATO will continue providing arms to Ukraine. It is obvious that NATO, despite all the brooding and internal anguish, will continue to increase the level of tactical and technical properties of the arms they are delivering to Ukraine. And NATO will continue to further increase the level of its direct involvement in this conflict. I think that this is completely obvious," he noted.
However, "this cannot change the situation on the battlefield." "This cannot change our resolve in terms of continuing with the special military operation and attaining all those goals that we have," the Kremlin official stressed.
Replying to reporters’ questions, Putin’s press secretary concurred with remarks by US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin that Washington lacks a weapon that would serve as a "silver bullet" in the conflict. "Yes, he is right," Peskov said.
