MOSCOW, November 21. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces carry out 200-300 attacks on civilian infrastructure facilities in Russia every day, Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry’s ambassador-at-large in charge of overseeing the Kiev regime’s crimes, said at a briefing.
"The daily number of strikes by the Ukrainian armed forces on civilian facilities on our territory currently stands at 200-300," he noted. "The weekly number of injured civilians reaches 60-70, and sometimes even 100."
Miroshnik pointed out that the Ukrainian military was increasingly using high-precision rockets to carry out strikes on community centers where only civilians work and come as clients. Besides, medical facilities, schools and ambulances also continue to come under fire.
According to the envoy, "the Ukrainian armed forces have significantly expanded the use of terrorist methods of warfare against civilians." "We regularly record repeated shelling attacks on areas that were previously struck, which are aimed at harming rescue, healthcare and utility workers," Miroshnik noted.
"Our law enforcement agencies are looking into all of the above-mentioned incidents, and those responsible will inevitably be brought to justice sooner or later," he added.
