MOSCOW, November 21. /TASS/. The Russian authorities will define the form of trial for Ukrainian servicemen that carried out crimes against Russian civilians, Ambassador-at-large on the Kiev Regime’s war crimes Rodion Miroshnik said during a briefing.

"Over 100 verdicts have already been issued by DPR and LPR courts against Ukrainian actors that carried out crimes against civilians," he said. "In the end, we will come up with establishment of some special court, its format currently being decided by politicians; Ukrainian political leaders, responsible for the terror, for violation of international humanitarian law will be unavoidably held responsible there."

Miroshnik expressed his certainty that "court hearings will be held after a while, that will review crimes, committed by higher Ukrainian ranks."

"At a certain moment, when the regime that dominates the Ukrainian territory today, will be dismantled, and when the people that lead it today, will face the court," he pointed out.

"Right now, we work in close cooperating with our mission to the UN Security Council, which provides reports on similar topics quite regularly," he said. "In the past few weeks, the topic of Ukrainian crimes has been raised several times."
