Russian delegation’s head expects no bilateral meetings with US officials at APEC summit

SAN FRANCISCO /California/, November 17. /TASS/. Russia’s delegation still has no plans for bilateral meetings with US officials at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit being held in San Francisco on November 15-17, Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk told reporters.
When asked if the Russian delegation’s plans concerning bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the APEC event had changed, the delegation’s head said: "No changes so far."
Another question was if he maintained contact with US Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry. "Kerry and I last met in Washington in 2021. So far, there have been no meetings this time," the Russian deputy prime minister noted.
He also answered "No" in response to a question about whether there were plans for a meeting with billionaire US entrepreneur Elon Musk.
