MOSCOW, November 15. /TASS/. US President Joe Biden's words about the US goal of creating a new world order speak of a 'superiority complex,' Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview with RT.

"This is a superiority complex and insufficient analysis of the situation," he said in response to a corresponding question.

In October, Biden said that humanity needs a new world order, and the United States, according to the head of the Washington administration, can build it.
