ROSTOV-ON-DON, November 14. /TASS/. An air defense system engaged targets outside of the Rostov Region, said Vasily Golubev, the region’s governor.

"At about 3 p.m. today, an air defense system engaged a target outside the Rostov Region. The military performs missions in accordance with the plan of the special military operation," he said on Telegram.

The governor urged everyone to remain calm.
