Kremlin still mum on date of President’s Direct Line
Dmitry Peskov advised reporters "not to get ahead of themselves"
MOSCOW, November 10. /TASS/. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov remained tight-lipped on the date of President Vladimir Putin's combined Direct Line and large press conference.
"We will announce it in due time," the Spokesman promised reporters, responding to a request to confirm or deny that the Direct Line and the large press conference would take place on December 14. Peskov advised reporters "not to get ahead of themselves."
"We keep you informed about what is going on, provide dates in a timely manner. There is no need to compete about who gets the information first," he added.
The large press conference usually takes place in December and this year, it will be combined with the Direct Line, Peskov said earlier.
The Kremlin Spokesman also made no comment on the date of the planned meeting of the President with representatives from big businesses. "We will advise you in time, it is still early," he added.
