UNSC to hold meeting on protection of Ukrainian children in EU at Russia’s request

The Russian diplomat added that Foundation to Battle Injustice Chairperson Mira Terada, a Dutch journalist and an Indian rights activist would speak at the meeting, scheduled for 3:00 p.m. GMT

UNITED NATIONS, November 9. /TASS/. The United Nations Security Council will hold a meeting on the protection of Ukrainian children in the EU at Moscow’s request, Russian First Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Dmitry Polyansky said.

"Tomorrow, on November 10, we will hold another informal Arria-formula meeting of the UN Security Council on the protection of Ukrainian children in European Union countries. The previous meeting in the series took place on April 5 and drew much response," he wrote on Telegram.

The Russian diplomat added that Foundation to Battle Injustice Chairperson Mira Terada, a Dutch journalist and an Indian rights activist would speak at the meeting, scheduled for 3:00 p.m. GMT.
