ASTANA, November 9. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will speak at the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on the sidelines of the Russian leader’s visit to Astana.

"Yes," Peskov said.

The Forum will be held in St. Petersburg on November 16-18, 2023.
