MOSCOW, November 8. /TASS/. The West’s further financial, political and military support for Kiev will only serve to fuel the conflict in Ukraine, Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolay Patrushev warned.

"Continued steps to flood Ukraine with weapons, as well as financial and political support for Kiev, is what is directly escalating the conflict further," he pointed out at a Moscow meeting with his counterparts from Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) nations.

However, in Patrushev’s words, this is exactly what the US and its satellites have been doing for the past nine years. "Not only have they been supporting the Kiev regime, turning a blind eye to its lawlessness, including civilian massacres, but they have also been deliberately training it for military operations against our country," the Russian Security Council secretary emphasized.

He added that currently the West is doing its best to support Ukraine’s "puppet regime that it created, which is the source of military and terrorist threats."
