MOSCOW, November 4. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized the need of moral support for troops participating in Russia's special military operation.

"I know this is a huge deal - such moral support for people who risk their lives every day, if not hourly. This is extremely important," he said.

Putin also stated that people from new Russian regions are very trustworthy.
