MOSCOW, October 28. /TASS/. Moscow is seeking to prevent the West from posing threats to Russia and China from Central Asia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview with BelTA.

"As Central Asia’s closest neighbors <…>, we are certainly seeking to prevent attempts to transform the Central Asian region into a bridgehead, similar to that in Ukraine, for posing threats not only to Russia, but to China as well," Lavrov said.
