MOSCOW, October 27. /TASS/. The Russian Defense Ministry renamed area of operation of Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh to "Karabakh economic district of the Republic of Azerbaijan," according to the Defense Ministry bulletin.

Previously, this area of operation was called "Nagorno-Karabakh conflict area" in Defense Ministry bulletins.

The October 27 bulletin notes that, in order to ensure road traffic security, two posts were deployed in the Khankendi (Stepanakert) area.
