Alexey Kulemzin also stressed that a residential block came under attack

DONETSK, October 23. /TASS/. Ukrainian troops attacked the settlement of Oktyabrsky Rudnik in Donetsk’s north in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) this morning, there are casualties, Donetsk Mayor Alexey Kulemzin reported.

"[The city’s] Kuibyshevsky district came under attack, namely, the settlement of Oktyabrsky Rudnik. <...> There are casualties. The information is being updated," the official wrote on his Telegram channel.

Also, a residential block and private homes were hit in the Ukrainian attack, he added.
