ST. PETERSBURG, July 30. /TASS/. There were agreements between Russia and Turkey on the presence of fighters of the Azov nationalist battalion (outlawed in Russia and recognized as a terrorist organization) in Turkey, Russian President Vladimir Putin told reporters.
"There were agreements, there will be no further comments," he said when asked about the agreements between the two countries and how the return of the Azov fighters to Ukraine would affect his relations with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
