ST. PETERSBURG, June 17. /TASS/. Members of the African delegation, who arrived in St. Petersburg from Kiev, have not handed a message from Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Saturday.
