HANOI, May 22./TASS/. Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev, who is on a working visit to Vietnam, meets on Monday with Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

The talks take place at the Government Building. Special attention is given to expanding trade, economic and humanitarian cooperation.
