MOSCOW, May 17. /TASS/. An industrial facility in the southern Ukrainian city of Nikolayev suffered damage in the early hours of Wednesday, head of the regional military administration Vitaly Kim said.

"An industrial facility was hit," he wrote on Telegram.

Earlier, air raid sirens went off in the region and explosions were reported in the city.
