BRUSSELS, April 4. /TASS/. An international protest rally against arms shipments for Ukraine takes place at the NATO headquarters for the first time, as NATO Foreign Ministers discuss the new long-time program of arms shipments to Kiev, according to a TASS reporter at the scene. The rally is attended by about 50 people.

The banners displayed by the attended include portraits of Russian military blogger Maxim Fomin (Vladlen Tatarsky), killed in a terror attack in St. Petersburg on April 2. The portrait is decorated with a mourning ribbon and words "Remember Vladlen."

"This rally was initiated by the SOS Donbass association, which manages the #StopKillingDonbass movement. The goal of our movement is to stop the armament of Ukraine and to call for a dialogue with Moscow," SOS Donbass leader Anna Novikova told TASS.

"Our goal is to remind the world on April 4, the NATO foundation day, who has been initiating wars for the last 74 years, who is the real aggressor, and why is it important to immediately stop the armament of Ukraine, before it is too late," she said.
