Medvedev suggests organizing permanent forum to oppose neocolonialism
At the current meeting, the official suggested discussing preparations for organizing the forum's founding event, which is scheduled for the coming October
MOSCOW, March 30. /TASS/. Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman and chairman of the United Russia party Dmitry Medvedev would like the ‘Forum of supporters against modern neocolonial practices’ to become permanent.
"The forum could become a permanently operating international platform where political forces of different countries could meet regularly, work out a joint strategy of action, search for common approaches to solving regional and international problems, and fight those destructive forces which actively practice neocolonialistic approaches today," Medvedev said, speaking at the first meeting of the organizing committee of the ‘Forum of supporters against modern neocolonial practices’.
At the current meeting, the official suggested discussing preparations for organizing the forum's founding event, which is scheduled for the coming October. Medvedev ordered to prepare proposals on the program, documents and participants of the forum.
