According to Rogov, Ukraine’s top brass have already said that even those who are exempt from being drafted due to health problems can be called up for military service.

Retired colonel of the People’s Militia of the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) Andrey Marochko said on March 11 that the Ukrainian army command had deployed untrained mobilized soldiers from Dnieper (previously known as Dnepropetrovsk) to Kremennaya.
