MOSCOW, February 26. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin rated highly the personal contribution of his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan to the development of the relationship between the two countries, according to a statement released on the Kremlin’s website on Sunday.

"Russia appreciates your personal contribution to the strengthening of friendly relations and efficient cooperation between our countries," Putin noted.
